Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ReBRTH, we put love, care, and transparency into every product we create, ensuring the best possible results for your skin. While we are confident you'll love our products, if you need to cancel, return, or request a refund, we are here to assist.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order is in process or in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to your credit/debit card within 15 days or the next billing cycle.

Orders may be cancelled by us in cases such as:

  • Limitations on quantities available
  • IT errors or pricing inaccuracies
  • Fraud prevention checks

Note: Partial prepayments on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable if the order is cancelled or refused by the buyer.

Return & Refund Process

You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only after a quality check confirms the issue. Refunds or replacements are processed after the product is collected from your location.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited within 24–48 business hours after pickup. The amount may take 3–7 working days to appear in your account.

COD Orders: Refunds are credited to your bank account once collection details are confirmed.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product(s) damaged in transit
  • Product(s) received in damaged packaging
  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement Requests:

  • Only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
  • Subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued
  • Exchanges for different products are not permitted

Note: Gift cards and pre-paid gift boxes are not eligible for return or replacement.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Products with missing items, damaged or tampered packaging, or missing labels
  • Products with altered serial numbers
  • Makeup category products

Return Process Steps

  1. Raise a return/replacement request within 3–7 days of delivery via email at info@rebirthbeauty.in.
  2. Allow 48 working hours for us to review your request.
  3. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your location.
  4. Once the product is collected, your replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability), or a refund will be processed.
  5. If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, we will provide an alternative return option.

Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders above the minimum order amount, notified from time to time.

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
